Quality service, attention to detail

Handyman Matters was great. They responded to my inquiry quickly, answering all my questions. Communicated well before and during the appointment. Efficient and quality repair done, explaining what and why. Chet was great. Recognized a bigger underlying issue and scheduled a PROPER repair right away. Looks great. Thank you, Chet. Lori in the office was wonderful as well. HIGHLY recommend.

Quick & Convenient

I've used Handyman Matters (now ACE Handyman Services) for years and appreciate their range of services and great customer service. I recently moved my family to Nocatee and needed a pet door installed. Luther was professional and quick about his work, delivering a solution in less than an hour and he showed me the different lock settings on the device. One small nit -- he did show up to the house 20 minutes after the stated appointment time without an acknowledgement of being late. But in the end it wasn't a big deal for me as I was home for the day and I didn't make a big deal about it. They do offer a service where you can track the handyman's arrival time; I didn't use it but it might be useful if you're in a time crunch. But overall I wouldn't hesitate using them again.

Great service and knowledge

Work was done as promised at a fair price. Technicians were great to have on site. Am using Ace again today for another job

Always great service!

I’ve been using this company for years. Lori who does the scheduling is fantastic and I’ve always gotten great service! Kevin & Luther have helped my mom & I with numerous projects and I highly recommend them!
