Had thermostat installed. It was installed incorrect. I paid $100 for AC mechanic to correct the incorrect install. Which I discovered upon receiving $750 JEA electric bill. The previous bill was $266, so I estimate that I spent $500 to correct problems created by ACE. I was able to get daily kilowatt usage report the correlates with the timeframe in question. I previously reached out to ACE but all I get was crickets.

Great work

Very pleased with Shaun-Paul’s professionalism. He was polite, on time, sensitive and responsive to my home needs. He was truthful regarding a window problem that, in his opinion, needed the attention of a window company. So he was able to knock out 3 of the 4 items that brought him to my home.

Wdo repairs
Had to schedule 3 different times to do 1 hr worth of work. Altogether probably at house for about 3-4 hrs but keep in mind it was only an hr worth of work. Used my materials and was gone longer doing what ever it is then was at the house working. Was not very impressed at all I would give them 0 stars if I could

High quality workmanship.
Alex did a excellent job rebuilding my front stoop. During the demoing they discovered issues with the original structure which I agreed needed to be corrected. I’ve already had one of my internet installers walk up to my door and comment on how strong and good the new stoop and stairs look. I’m very pleased with the results.
