Jobs did not take the amount of time initially expected, so I got to pay less as well. Huge improvement in this company with change in management to Ace Handyman. Andrew came out and installed new stairs to our deck. He was amazing and very professional! He did a great job making sure our stairs looked nice and we’re safe. We appreciate all his hard work! I would definitely recommend him.

The seal plate under our front door seemed to need replacement. Dean quoted a price, then went to work. He found that the seal plate was in great shape, it was part of the threshold that was really bad. Since the job did not take as long as originally expected or as much labor, our final price was a lot less than originally quoted which was awesome! Dean did an excellent job!

As first time homeowners (and new parents to a beautiful baby boy), my husband and I were limited in time, skillset, and budget to knock out "honey-do list." To note, we requested the following: replace 11 door knobs and 11 light fixtures, 4 sinks, replace 3 full bathroon and kitchen cabinet hardware, popcorn ceiling removal in bathroom, replace door numbers, and fix cracked wall in bedroom. Scope of work took about 2.5 full work days. Andrew came in with a positive, can-do attitude and provided feedback when necessary. I will recommend this service to all my friends and family in the Lee's Summit, Blue Springs, and North KC area.

We had three jobs for our handyman. Replacing a in sink garage disposal and bathroom exhaust fan. But the big one was replacing our front door sill and weather stripping. A huge job I am glad I didn’t even attempt. Better than we hoped. I am so happy people like this still exist. Conscientious and professional.

Andrew repaired one of our windows. Not only was he here within 45 minutes of my call, but he identified the problem, left to get a part he needed driving a considerable distance to get it, returned and repaired it quickly. The fee was extremely fair for what he did. Very professional too. We have other projects around the house and plan to specifically ask for Andrew to do the work.

Steve was professional, friendly did an excellent job of installing a new exterior door. I really appreciate him being able to pick up the door since I don't have the proper transportation. He left the are clean and neat. This was my first time using ACE but not my last

Dean did a great job for me. Fixed a problem with my siding in just a couple minutes. I had asked him to trim 2 or 3 branches back so they weren’t scraping on my roof — he wound up trimming everything that was even close to my roof, to make sure I didn’t have the same problem in a couple months when they grew out. He went way beyond my expectations!
