Difficult window washing task on 2nd floor foyer windows that also needed interior storm windows temporarily removed, taken to ground level from 24’ high, wash storms, and then go back up to wash permanent windows before re-installing on second floor the clean storm windows. Took much patience and determination. Ladder almost did not get into the foyer/house because foyer space was a challenge. Hubby helped so between both of them, the ladder finally got into our narrow foyer space. Contractor was conscientious, excelled in patience/determination and was exceptionally pleasant and respectful of our request to be careful regarding our furniture and walls. Contractor was eager to please, eager to learn how we specifically wanted all of our windows including our permanent “interior” second floor windows as well as our second floor interior storm windows removed, washed and put back up (overall there are six second floor foyer interior permanent top and bottom windows that also have six of the old fashion storm window frame clip design which are a bear to simultaneously use as storm windows are safely taken in and out. Carefully went up and down the 24’ ladder to thoroughly handle the foyer window cleaning tasks. He nicely cleaned the other windows around our home too. I liked he called the night before to confirm and asked about the overall job. He was immediately very detailed about costs upon arriving. I have not checked upstairs yet, but presume the same amount of care was given to upstairs windows, etc. Had to leave quickly. Will check upstairs tonight. Thanks

I received a call a day before the work was scheduled, I received an email the morning of the service, and I was able to track the handyman's arrival. He was really professional and good at the work.
