Carl Bates has once again done an amazing job under tough circumstances. I needed to have a cabinet and vent hood removed in preparation for a gas line install to the cooktop area to my kitchen. You wouldn’t believe how many nails the original contractor put in them! Carl is the best and I will continue to use Ace Handyman (and Carl whenever he is available) for all my home improvement projects. So far he has done a composite deck to replace my severely aged original deck, multiple plumbing jobs in the house and I plan to schedule him to do a tile backsplash, install new vanity lights in 2 bathrooms, repair some sink stoppers, re-caulk several areas on some counters, refresh/replace the rusted lights on the porch, replace some damaged baseboards and the honey-do list goes on and on! Freddy did a spectacular job repairing dry wall from a leak and fixing stress cracks and other areas that needed repair. Was punctual, thorough and professional. Highly recommend him!

Lance arrived on time, was very communicative, informational, and kind. He fixed our porch, replacing a column, and spindles, and repainted the whole thing to look like new!! He was patient with my children as they interrupted us while we were talking, and asked him questions about the work he was doing. The job was done right, and finished ahead of schedule!! He even cleaned and tidied the area he had been working on after he was done. Couldn’t ask for a better experience, we will definitely be requesting his services again! Thank you Lance!!

Gutter cleaning job which led to finding underlying issues to overflowing gutters during rain events. Issues were diagnosed and repaired. Worker was was attentive to detail and exemplified quality work. Will recommend to others.

We called on a Monday and they came out on a Tuesday. Everyone was helpful and professional. Carl arrived on time, explained what he was going to do or what he thought would be the best route and got it done. I'm glad such a company exists as we have not had much luck in responsiveness of individual contractors. We will reach out again!
