We are sorry that you are not satisfied. We truly want all of our customers to have a good experience. We're actually not sure what we could have done differently here. You called and we came out the same day. We originally understood there was only one vanity. The price and completion time estimate was set for that assumption. Only after the Craftsman was on his way did we learn of the second. When he arrived, the Craftsman informed the on-site person that the additional vanity would take additional time and cost and provided the option for you to not accept the service. The Craftsman was assured that all parts and materials were present. They were not. Rather than having us purchase the parts, the on-site person requested the Craftsman complete the vanity to the best of his ability and the person on-site would complete the remainder. We openly communicated, worked with the instructions of the on-site people, and completed what we could within the original scope of work and available materials.
