Professional, efficient, and to the highest standards
Mike arrived on time and completed several tasks efficiently. A bathroom exhaust fan needed to be replaced; I thought that would be relatively easy. Wrong. Since the fan was likely original to the house, Mike needed to access the attic and do a fair amount of work making the correct connections. A bathroom faucet was also replaced, and I must say, it looks great. Additionally, there were probably another half-dozen items on my list, and Mike completed all items without fuss. I appreciated Mike's initiative in fixing a couple of minor things that I had overlooked. Mike cleaned everything up and even did away with the old faucet and exhaust fan.
This is the first time I've used Ace Handyman Services and will heartily recommend AHS to fellow condo owners when they need home repairs. Thanks Ace & Mike!

Gutters and tile
Mike did a great job cleaning the gutters and replacing gutter guards. Not a fun job at all. He worked tirelessly on the floor in our mudroom, uncovering a litany of hidden “gems”. He cleaned up afterwards and was courteous and pleasant.

Great Service
