Our Ace Handyman Services Craftsman added quarter round molding to the outside Laundry Room entrance to reinforce the seal around the door. He caulked all mail heads and seams, cleaned-up his work area and took away our old door frame and door. He checked for my approval of his work each step of the way and after he had completed the job. This was a high quality, very professional job. We will gladly call on this Ace Handyman for future projects.

ACE Handyman Augustin Garcia worked for 8 hours at my home on 6/30/21 and completed all the tasks on my “to do” list in a competent, conscientious and courteous manner. When necessary, he asked me how I wanted something done rather than complete the task as fast as possible. I was happy with all aspects of his work. We had to replace the outside entry door to our laundry room. The Ace Handyman first needed to remove the existing door frame and door and replace them with a new door frame and door. The existing door frame and door were original equipment and had been incorrectly installed when the home was built 25 years ago. Our Ace Handyman carefully removed the old door frame and door, squared and properly mounted the new door frame, installed the new door, caulked around the entire new door frame, installed the new door hardware and finished the inside window frame with screw caps to cover the tops of the window frame screws. He thoroughly cleaned up all debris at the work site and put the old door frame and door in an agreed storage area for later disposal. He then demonstrated the new door with embedded window blind mechanism and asked us if we had any questions or comments about his work. The entire job was completed within three hours time. This was a very professional installation and our Ace Handyman was both highly competent at his work and courteous to his clients. We intend to invite him back to help us with other projects at our home.

From the phone call from the receptionist to set up my appointment to the technician everyone was professional, friendly, and thorough in explaining appointments, cost, and work. I was notified before the technician arrived that he on the way and what time he would arrive. Augustin arrived on time and went straight to work. He was friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t mind my talking and asking questions as he went about his work. I will be using this service for future needs.

Everything went as perfect as I could have asked. I received a notice the night before, as a reminder as well as a text when Charles was on the way.
