I will admit we have not yet used Ace but being from out of town we were concerned about finding a company to provide the services we currently require and know we will in the future. David and Sharon have been incredibly responsive and professional. You can tell being their family business they are on top of it. They set up an appt with us and arrived right on time. The field supervisor was very thorough and knowledgeable. Finally our proposal was delivered as promised that evening. I trust their work will be exemplary based on my experience so far. Certainly will provide a follow up after any projects are completed.

Matt was right on time, quick and gave a fair price.

We had a broken window and could not leave the house. Ace ha Dylan came out quickly and earlier than scheduled and fixed my window at a cheaper cost then expected. Serviceman wad nice and courteous.

I can't praise Matt enough. He came early and I was a little snippy to him because I wasn't ready but he was not defensive and was very polite to me. I hadn't had time to dust the top of the door which is what was broken and dust got on him and I felt terrible about it but he was very nice about it. I had alot of stuff taking up space and tried to clear it but it was still not alot of space and he worked with it! And without making me feel bad about it! He was very gracious and re-assuring. My heavy, old-time, beautiful front door wouldn't close due to house-sinking so he saw the problem, went to his truck, and got a tool to shave it. He also fixed the door handle that had fallen off. And he made sure both locks were locking again. He did not over-do anything by saying buy a new handle or a new door knob or a new door or a new lock or whatever. He was conservative in his fixing of the problem and just did what needed to be done and no excess and he worked with the situation and with the state of the door without it costing me a fortune. Inotherwords, the door still was warped but he made it functional. I didn't want a new door because this one had carved woodwork from olden days when doormakers had such workmanship. It onl cost me $100 for Matt to get my big front door to close again. I can't stress how great Matt was and how happy I am with Ace Handyman. I am so excited to have a handyman service I can trust and who is so very reliable. I have an old house in mid-city and there are so many handyman needs! Ace Handyman is so professional and efficient but have a human touch. Matt even tried to pet my little chiwawa who was growling at him in fear and I was so impressed he was so nice to her, and to me. Matt had just come to my house to give an estimate and I ended up getting my door all fixed in record time and on the same day and right then and there! I loved that I spoke to a human to make the estimate appointment because I don't like doing it on-line. I called or entered a request on-line to ten different places and Ace Handyman were the ones that came through first and the quickest. Very expeditious service. My front door hasn't closed in years. I thought it couldn't be fixed! But it's all fixed now! I'm so excited!

Very pleased that Dallas was very prompt as he arrived at the appointed time. We believe that the repair was performed appropriately and in timely manner. We will call Ace Handyman for the additional repairs we need.

An email was received that our ACE employee would be at our home to give us an estimate on the work we wanted performed on the date and time we requested. Employee arrived right on time and gave the estimate. Email followed with date/time work would be performed.

The appointment was set promptly. The contractor was punctual, wore a mask and gave an immediate quote. Have not had the work done yet - hopefully it will be high quality work.

Absolute professionalism from start to finish. From the person on the phone to the fella who gave the quote to the guy who did the work. Could not be happier with every aspect of this company. Will use again and will recommend. Flawless.
