I was referred to Ace Handyman Service by the local Scheer's Ace Hardware. I have a rambunctious rascal who'd scared the living daylights out of me on Memorial day by removing a light fixture from the basement ceiling. Unknown to me they'd actually shut the circuit power to the fixture; when I entered the laundry room observing them about to use a metal screwdriver in what I believed was a live circuit-I panicked, tackled them down & tried to get an electrician to repair/replace the fixture. The next day, Ace Handyman scheduled me for that Thursday, yet after explaining the situation, they moved heaven and earth to help me keep my family member safe. Carlo worked me into his schedule that same day, Tuesday. He was masked, put on protective shoe covers, was polite, professional, knew his job well, and represented his company in an awesome manner! In addition to the job he came for, (I had a new fixture ready for him to install), he did several small electrical jobs that corrected wire shortages, installed the correct light fixture in another place, and generally worked, quickly yet accurately ensuring my entire paid for hour was accommodated with 'honey do' small chores. WOW! I'm impressed by Carlo and Ace Handyman Services.
