Very professional worker who reviewed the items on my list and discussed best way to do them. I had multiple items to complete, two of which required supplies. Rather than charge for driving back and forth to the store, they stopped after completing the first item in one hour and will reschedule for the remaining 3 hours - no drive time charged.

We recently used the Ace Handyman Services for a few jobs- we needed a new hand railing/bannister installed by our stairs, as well as a leaky faucet and sink stopper replaced. From the beginning, everything was so easy. I filled out a form online and was contacted by Jen a day later to give more specific details. Jen asked if I needed Ace to provide the materials and asked for some measurements. We traded texts and I sent her a few photos of what I was looking for. I was trying to have these jobs done before we were hosting an event a few weeks later and Jen was great about fitting me in and making it happen. Steve and Ron came out on the day we scheduled and did a great job- our house is 40 years old so it has some quirks and Steve was able to trouble-shoot a few hiccups and still get the job done. We're so pleased with the final outcome and will definitely be using these services again!
