I met Ari and Nate and they were instantly identified by there Ace Hardware shirts and introduced themselves immediately. They carried themselves with respect in my house and had booties on to keep the floors clean. They worked together and accessed the situation professionally with concerns for there safety and my TV. This was not an easy job although once accessed was done with everyone safe and TV installed correctly. I should say this was a 86 inch TV that weighed 120 pounds. The items i had ordered were installed in a very professional manner by the Ace Handyman Services. The installer arrived on time, with enroute notification, he immediately started the job. He was very friendly and professional, completrly cleaning up his work area. The entire job deserves a 5 star rating.

I recommend Ace Handyman Service of McKinleyville. I take care of my house and Nate respected that. There was clear communication about all aspects of the job from start to finish. I was very happy and satisfied with the work and with Nate and will definitely call again in the future.

I absolutely loved the two contractors that showed up on my job. Grant was the supervisor, and he immediately established trust and a sense of professionalism while assessing my home repair issues. He communicated what the needs were, and how best to process through the repairs. Nate was assisting Grant, and he was also very professional and pleasant. As it turned out, my repair was complex, however, Grant and Nate completed the project on time. Both were very conscientious and caring about the quality of our interaction and the work they produced . I felt extremely comfortable with them on the job. Grant and Nate's support team was also very involved throughout the entire process. Chloe and her supervisor were quick with communication and follow-ups to ensure the project stayed on point and that I was satisfied. I would recommend them in a heartbeat, and will be hiring them again on other projects!

Nate did good work. Supervisor Ali showed up and pitched in to complete the tasks as desired. No problems with any of the work. The rates are far too high, roughly twice the hourly rate of contractors. The additional $75 fee for a service visit is just insulting. I did not appreciate being charged this full rate for the shopping time, so roughly $200 went to picking up parts. The technical underpinnings -- software, credit card handling, handhelds -- need modernizing. We signed up for the rates, so there is nothing to complain about. We wanted the quick resolution of our issues. We got it, So we are satisfied. The work and people were great. Good communication, on time, no confusion on any part of the job.

Service and worker were congenial, local, and helpful, but too expensive, and actual worker gets way too small a share. It's too bad, because this kind of help is exactly what we need. "Would You Recommend This Business to Others?" line isn't working -- but not if our one experience is typical.
