Kat and Damani were on time, professional and extremely friendly. They both noticed a space letting air in down in basement window. They offered to clean out the window and do some caulking. Nice attention to details!

My tenant had a broken door that wouldn’t lock. Kat showed up within and hour and did a great fix.

Needed some caulking redone around my kitchen counter and materbath tub. The colors did not match up with the original. Very disappointing ☹️. I wish the tech had called me up to the bathroom to look before he completed the job. I was in the kitchen when he completed the job there. At the time, the color didn't look bad but when it dried, like I said, very disappointing. However, the tech did a great job with the re-caulk process. I don't know if there is a better way to pick color.

Mike did a great job installing new blinds. Professional & conscientious; attentive to detail. My experience with Handyman Matters is positive from start to finish: from placement of service request, to the prompt scheduling, to reminder/updates, and quality of work done. I recommend.

Sean and Ricky helped me fix a toilet flange I had messed up, fixed plumbing under the tub, installed a new tub, and moved and welded new copper piping for the shower. They were very friendly, answered all my questions, and explained what they were doing the whole time. I felt very comfortable leaving this work in their hands. Now, I can continue with the rest of my remodel.

Extremely satisfied with the work performed. It was finished in a timely and efficient manner and everything was tidied up nicely afterwards.

We had a slow leak in our finished basement ceiling, under our sink and dishwasher on the main floor. We reached out to our insurance company first and he told us we might need a mitigation company, drywall or carpenter to cut hole into ceiling to enable a plumber to diagnose problem, then a plumber to fix leak, then drywall again to repair ceiling. All I could see was $$$$$! And of course it wasn’t covered by insurance. So I reached out to Handyman Matters, and other than confusion about the arrival time, the plumber arrived, cut the hole himself, figured out that the leak was probably coming from the master toilet on the second floor, pulled the toilet, reset the ring, cleaned up all the mess and for a reasonable price! Pleasant, helpful, efficient. It was a great experience. All that’s left is to have the ceiling repaired now. I’ll call Handyman Matters for that too!

Kat installed 5 grab bars in our home (bathrooms and tile shower area). She was kind, professional, and very thorough. Excellent job of installing and cleaned the work area. Thank you!
