I had been struggling with a door for months. Dan showed up fixed it in a matter what seem to be minutes. Very polite very professional I would recommend Dan for any type of work. He is very knowledgeable in all fields of construction.

I had my gutters cleaned. The first person they sent couldn't finish the job because he was afraid of the roof angle. They sent a second person to complete the job and he did it with no problem, and did an excellent job. I was charged for both service people. Next time I will specify I'm only paying to have the job done once and correctly.

Swamp cooler making bad/unusual noises. First tech came very promptly (early); polite, friendly, knowledgeable. Of course, the swamp cooler made NO bad/unusual noises so he did adjust the drive belt tension as it was a bit tight. Then of course, later that day, the cooler did make the bad/unusual noise that had prompted the call for service. We ran the unit for 24 hours, all of which the unit made the problem noise. A call for a revisit resulted in a very prompt response; this time the friendly, polite, knowledgeable tech (different person) did install the new, on-hand motor & pulley--problem solved. A significant, favorable price adjustment made due to having a first "unsuccessful" service call & having the proper parts on hand. The "failure" of the first call was NOT due to any failure by Handyman Matters--just an "un-co-operative machine. We especially liked the prompt service (both times) and the friendly people both the office staff and service techs.

Derek performed electrical work - relocated kitchen light fixture, and installed new receptacles in basement. He arrived early, thoroughly discussed the projects, and completed them in timely manner. We had used Derek a couple of years ago too.

KIPP did a quality job. He repaired the slidding wood around my front and rear windows, painted the trim. (Went to store to get some of the items needed for the job) I really appreciate his hard work trust and delightful attitude. Installed the seal the ny garage door. Hung the bathroom mirror and change the toilet seat. He repaired rotten boards in my shed secured the sill in one window. Kipp loves his job, he gave me some great recommendations for repairing one of my decks. He even noticed some items that I didn't see and he quickly adjusted both my front and rear doors. I would reccomend your business and Kipp to others in the future. A high five to your Company.

Kip did an excellent job of installing 2 new toilets. It only took him an hour and a half to remove 2 existing toilets and install 2 new ones. Kip was friendly, professional, and efficient. The invoice for the job was at the lowest range of their estimate. Excellent job, I am very satisfied!
