I needed to replace a thermostat that broke and decided to replace old smoke detectors while they were out. The phone scheduler was really great and open about pricing, hourly rates, etc. Not true for similar businesses. The technician knocked out the hard wired smoke detectors no problem but didn’t know how to hook up the wires to get the thermostat up and running. Another electrician didn’t know either and I plan to return the thermostat for one more compatible with my system l. Also, the text said the technician would wear a mask. He didn’t have one on. I decided not to say anything, but I would’ve preferred he wear one.
