Matt was FANTASTIC!!!! He was kind, courteous and gave us excellent advice about his repairs and repairs we are interested in completing in the future. (We had drywall repair; cabinet door installed; doors balanced and rehung) I highly recommend this company! They are upfront with their estimate and explanation and services. Matt came well prepared to complete the repairs we needed in our home.

This was the second time we had Amanda come to our home. We requested her services this time.. As a couple in their 80s, changing the batteries in our smoke and carbon monoxide detectors has become a challenge, but something we want to do once a year. After a frustrating and long attempt to find someone to repair ceiling drywall & install an awkward piece around heating vent, pipes & light fixture I called Ace Handyman. Everything was completely smooth from there on in. Service was scheduled & the work finished in a matter of days. Handyman Robert was competent, prompt and personable & did the awkward repair in a way other people had told me wasn't possible and made it much better than I had been led to believe was possible. He gave estimates up front, came in under budget and under time having done a first class job. He explained and showed me clearly what his plan was and then went above and beyond by improving the light fixture. I rarely take the time to write reviews but i couldn't be more pleased with this service and the job done. Finding someone to do smaller repairs can be a nightmare and Ace Handyman is going to be my first go-to next time I have a need. Thanks Robert!

I called Ace first thing in the morning and the gal is scheduling was super friendly and helpful in trying to find me the quickest service. She found something a week out and when I told her I had a deadline she double-checked with her staff and found a handyman for the same day. Randy actually came within 45 minutes of my calling. He called me on his way to give me an ETA. When he came, he was super friendly. He reviewed my job and gave me an estimate quickly. He exceeded my expectations with the job he did. I will definitely hire this group again for any handy man work I have!!!

I can’t seem to update my original review, so hopefully this additional review works. I had given this company a 1 star originally because I was very unsatisfied with the work. Kim called me first thing in the morning to make it right. She was friendly, personable and most of all not defensive. She just wanted to make it right. We discussed it and I am very satisfied with the resolution. There are always going to be mistakes. It’s how they are handled that make the difference. I feel very good in recommending Ace Handyman Services. Overall it looks like people have a great experience with this company. But if you aren’t satisfied they will work with you to make it right. That is definitely a 5 star company to me. Thank you Kim!

We had Ace Handyman Services come over to fix a phantom flush that was driving me crazy and wasting water. Amanda was able to come in a very timely manner, was professional and efficient at fixing our problem for even less than I had budgeted. I'll definitely use Amanda and Ace Handyman Services again!

I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I can’t in good conscience do anything but leave 1 star for my experience with Ace Handyman. The scheduling was flawless, but that is where the positive experience ends for me. The price they charged for labor on fixing a few small holes in the wall where my TV had been hung and a small place on the ceiling where I had once had a leak seemed expensive, if the work had been done well. But it wasn’t. Instead of fixing things the right way, with a small piece of sheetrock and tape, this handyman just put some spackle in the holes. I still have indentations where the holes were and I will have to redo it. When I asked him about it he just shrugged. I also asked to have him install a new smoke/carbon monoxide detector in an existing fitting. He charged me $130 for materials. The materials consisted of the smoke/carbon monoxide detector, a couple of disposable paint brushes and some spackle. I disagreed with the amount he charged me and asked how much the detector cost and he “couldn’t remember” although he had purchased it an hour before. He also told me disposable brushes “were expensive.” The work I received was not worth what I paid and now I still have to make time to re-do some of it. I hired Ace Handyman based on all of the great reviews. Maybe I just got a person that didn’t know how to do the work, but I cannot recommend this company.
