After an excellent sink install Brett offered to haul away our old sink for $60.00 dollars at which time I declined because i thought our trash company would take it which they didn't. I called back the next day to see if I could get it hauled away and was told it would cost $120.00 dollars and take two or three weeks to do it. Yes I should have had hauled away for $60. Since I used this company for the install I would think they would work with a customer for the original haul away fee. The five star rating is for Brett, I would give customer service 1 star.

His experience told him the problem very quickly. Our ceiling fans are not working and could not be repaired. They are 10-12 years old and from a company no longer in existence. We were charged a nominal amount for his time and experience. We appreciated his timeliness with the appointment and his honesty.

We were in need of an appliance install that required taking out a cabinet and putting in a smaller one in it's place. I contacted Ace and they provided an estimate and sent out a craftsman the following week. The craftsman that they sent out was a bit inexperienced and he was unable to do the job and referred us to a custom cabinet maker. The referral was not a great fit and they were pretty rude. I contacted Ace again to let them know the situation and they immediately apologized and noted that the company was rude. They had another craftsman contact me and get our situation and sent out John to come do the work. John was incredibly friendly and professional was able to assess our project and provide an estimate for the work. He completed the work in half the time estimated and made sure everything was in working order before leaving. I would highly recommend Ace even though there was a rough start!

Had exterior trim replaced in two different places. John painted, replaced the trim and sealed it. Looks great. Pro job.
