Derek did an excellent job on a challenging problem!

We contacted Ace in our desperation to find someone to quickly do an unexpected floor tile job that was required in order to allow us to replace a broken dishwasher. My first contact was with Katie at the office: she was friendly, helpful and very accomodating. She provided a comprehensive written quote, explained everything that would happen (we had a 3-part job: ripping out existing tile, then placing and grouting the tile after the dishwasher was installed) and was able to schedule us quickly. We lucked out with Corey as our handyman: what a nice guy. When he arrived at our home he said the job might be bigger than originally expected due to how the existing tiles were laid: he provided an updated cost estimate on-site and assured us he would do his best to keep the cost down. His experience paid off: he was able to remove less tile than expected and did so very skillfully. He also went above and beyond to help us mount the newly delivered (but not properly installed) dishwasher in the cabinet and attach it to the stone countertop. Overall his work on the tile floor was excellent - it was exactly what we needed and he even came in slightly below his original cost estimate. Corey was friendly and professional: we felt very comfortable having him in our home. Overall we HIGHLY recommend Corey and would absolutely use Ace Handyman again in the future.

Scott arrived and was very knowledgeable about the issue. He climbed up to assess the problem took pictures and described how he suggested to repair. Additionally he explained how the original construction of the home contributed to the gutter leak. The surfaces we're sealed with sealant. Clean job!

Kipp was very knowledgeable and knew what to do. He answered any questions we had and price was very fair. Very good communication skills.

John did a great job repairing my shed. He did the job quickly and with a minimum of purchased supplies which kept costs done. He was personable and communicated when necessary before, during, and after the repair.

Blake was excellent and fixed our sink in less than an hour. I would highly recommend!
