Our 2nd time hiring Ace Handyman Services - this time for drywall repair. Once again, the job was done right and at a very reasonable rate. Deanna was on-time, very personable, and performed the work efficiently and with top quality. She also cleaned up the job site, something very much appreciated. Ace is 2 for 2 for our family; I highly recommend them!

My doors are opening easier with air leaks reduced. Our porch drain should flow more freely, and we have new racks in our sheds. It is nice to have annoying small things taken care of.

John was on time and fixed my front door and gate. He did an excellent job! I would highly recommend him.

Todd personally called us the night before our scheduled appointment to confirm when he would arrive. He texted us at least an hour before our appointment that morning to inform us that he was on his way. He also called to let us know that traffic was holding him up and that he might be delayed a few minutes; we were very pleased and impressed about his keeping us in the loop; even so he was only 15 minutes later than promised, that was very pleasing. Todd was courteous, personable, he did excellent work and went above our expectations in the repair of our security door that had been damaged from a sudden gust of wind that damaged it. He installed a removable chain on our security that would keep it from being blown too far open, and wind up damaged due to sudden gusts of wind. The repair cost was lower than what we were expecting and his initial estimate; which made us very happy customers with ACE Handyman Services; we will not hesitate in the future to call for your services, we especially request Todd Ahlenius again.

Our project started with problems and got off to a rough start. It was a complicated carpentry job. Once Kevin got involved things really looked up, and I would give him 5 stars for his part of this. He tackled the issues one by one and just got them done. I want to use him for other smaller things that need doing around here.

John was the technician who came to my house on Tuesday,3/2/21. He did an excellent job. I had asked him to purchase smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide alarm too. He installed 3 smoke alarms and the carbon monoxide alarm and provided instructions. I received a new TV box from Xfinity. John removed the old TV box, installed the new TV box and helped me understand how to operate the new box. John was excellent and I will request his services the next time I contact ACE Handyman Services for my projects. Thank you! EJ Gaimara
