We needed a kitchen sink re-installed right away. We’d first contacted a competitor who widely advertised emergency services, but they had to postpone the date. They were squiggly over pricing, saying they charged by the job whether it took two hours or two days. Um, no thanks. I called Ace, who described the likely scope of the work over the phone and gave me a price range. Sean, their tech, came earlier than arranged and did a masterful job, with the final price coming in under the bottom range of the phone estimate. He was prepared, meticulous, and cleaned up when finished, besides being thoroughly pleasant. This was our second experience with Ace with the same kind of result, and I should have called them in the first place.
