Unfortunately, I couldn't get an actual quote. I think that I was over charged. He was there to do a minor grout and full caulking repair to a tub shower He was there 5 hours total with 1/2 hour for a run to hardware store and a 1/2 hour for lunch. I was charge the original full day price plus supplies. I wasn't provided the receipts for the supplies. He did do a good job.

First, the person who came over to work on the 4 projects that we wanted completed was very friendly, which is why I'm even giving this place 2 stars. I'm not sure if they were having a bad day, but of the 4 projects only 50% were successfully done and our house was left a complete mess that took about 2 hours to clean. We had a crack in our ceiling that was patched, which looks great though no drop cloth was put down. I'm still continuing to find little dots of plaster on our wood steps. In addition, when the ceiling was sanded, a layer of dust not only coated everything below it, but covered our entire kitchen and living room in about a half-inch of dust. We had to wash & clean everything from our coffee maker to the dishes that were out to the floors that were covered in dust. In addition, there was a laptop on our table that had a layer of dust on it and thank god it was shut or else it most likely would have been ruined. I have pictures that I wish I could upload to show just how dirty it was. Another project involved replacing a bathroom exhaust fan, which ended up being much more difficult than expected, so the repair couldn't be done. That being said, there was insulation that had fallen from the ceiling that completely filled the bathtub and was all over the bathroom. Instead of putting a piece of cardboard to cover the huge hole that was created where the old exhaust fan was, the hole was just left open and exposed with insulation continuing to snow down in the bathtub overnight until I decided to cover the hole to stop the debris from continuing to fall out. We are waiting to work with another company to fix that mess. Another project involved putting a door jam down between carpet and tile in our bathroom. It was glued down and we were told to keep heavy objects on it for 24 hours, which we did. The minute we lifted the objects up, the door jam was bowing and not even close to the ground. To Ace's credit, they sent another service person out the next day to properly install and fix that project. So, after hours of cleaning, working with 2 different service people, numerous phone calls and now having to work with another business to finish up the exhaust fan project, I would not recommend using this business.

So I have been catching up on many home maintenance jobs this summer and needed a handyman to put in a new mailbox with a new post, put in a new sliding door screen, and covered a hole in the ceiling from an old smoke alarm. Brett was punctual kind polite and endearing because he also gave me several tips for other issues around the yards. Thank You! This is the second time I have hired Ace Handyman and will be calling on them in the future!

the service man arrived in a very timely matter and went to work addressing the issues that we needed his assistance. He was courteous, expedient, and provided excellent service. We were very pleased.

Tim was on time....early to be exact. It took him little less than an hour to repair the snowblower. Although his work was well done I was shocked that the $$$'s was pricey for the time and effort!

Warren did a very good job repairing drywall for us. It was a big job and we are so glad we hired a professional. He was on time, polite and went the extra mile to get the right materials for the job.
