Tim was great! He was thorough and very efficient putting up 8 sets of blinds in record time, doing a superb job. Super polite and professional, as well as friendly. Ace Hardware and its craftsman handyman services will be my only hardware store and handyman, no matter where I live. I'd give more stars for my experience if they were available. :)

Barry was on-time. In fact, he finished his previous job a little early and called ahead of time to confirm we’d be home for him to come on out to take care of us. He was extremely personable, efficient, and up-front about the amount of effort and cost! We will definitely use Ace again!

Matt came to fix a leak in the bathroom sink which unfortunately turned into a constant running faucet. He returned with another Matt and they replaced the faucet with a new one and we are no longer drips!

Both Matt’s came in fixed both screen doors, put in outdoor lights and fixed our sink. They did everything I asked in a professional manner and finished quicker than expected. I would definitely call Ace again for handyman work in my house.

A big problem with remodeling jobs is you never know what surprises you might find, especially in an older home. We needed an old bathroom vanity demolished and a new IKEA product installed, plus new lighting. Our job went very well, because Warren had enough experience to know what the most likely "surprises" were and was prepared in advance, meaning trips to the hardware store for needed parts were minimal. His work was old-school competent, efficient, and deliberate. We'd been planning our bathroom remodel for more than a year and came away appalled at what contracting firms charged, and decided to act as our own general and find good pro's to do the component work. Warren and Ace Handyman Services couldn't have been more suited to our needs, and we will be using them again for other projects in our 50-year-old house. The pricing was fair, especially compared to what we found on such sites as Home Advisor and interviews with individual firms.
