I am extremely pleased with the work Joe and his team completed on my chimney repair. They were on time, kept me informed every step of the way, and did not disappoint in completing everything in an effective manner. My chimney now has a new life, and I’m so glad I chose Handyman Matters to do the job. I also want to express my thanks to the entire office and management team. Service was professional and honest. Mark went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the work. He did a great job repairing some rotten trim on my dormers and repainting. He was always on time and in communication with me. Schedulers were friendly. A couple of times I had to call and ask when the follow up visits would be. They also seemed to pull him from one job to the next without being able to completely finish. I have recommended Handyman Matters to friends.

Handyman matters was great to work with. Professional and very nice scheduler. The handyman Keith was right on time, very professional and creative in his fix of a sloping deck. Other items handled perfectly as well. Very pleased and will use Keith and handyman matters again!

We have been using Handyman Matters since moving to Columbus nearly 3 years ago. Each time is a renewed pleasure! For quite some time, we had requested James, and, as he has been promoted to manager (well done, mate!!), we were delighted to meet (and work with) Nick. Nick arrived on time..considering it was a last minute request..and proceeded to assist us in picture hanging (on a 2nd floor atrium) and power washing. His professionalism and pleasant attitude added to an amazing job. In addition, he was happy to assist with any other issues we may have had, which we didn't, at the time; however, he did notice some things that were on the back of our minds (i.e. some wood rot on exterior decking) and took notes for the next time. We are definitely repeat clients, and, if possible, will request Nick for the next job. Thank you, again, ever so much!!

This is the 2nd time I have used Handyman Matters and once again, I was very satisfied with the service.I liked getting the alert reminders as to when the handyman (Keith) would arrive. I liked his pleasant disposition. He was very conscientious as to do the job correctly and clean-up afterward was perfect! He also gave me a follow-up phone call on the next day to re-confirm the quality of his work. I will use this company again for home repairs!!

The handyman did a variety jobs: carpentry, stucco repair, painting, etc. He did a great job with no hassle. We didn't have to go to different people to get each job accomplished. It was all done by one skilled professional. It was so worth it to us to have these jobs completed skillfully and in a timely manner that we've already called to have more jobs done around the house.
