This is our third time using Handyman Matters of Northeast Columbus. I highly recommend them for any job. This time I started a project removing the stipled ceiling that I hated so much in my office. A 1/4 of the way in and just didn't have the arm strength for the job. I called and they had someone out in in a week and half. Took 2 1/2 days for them to remove from my office, bathroom, kitchen and mud room. Now it is ready for me to paint. We have them estimating another job for us and I am sure we will use them again.

After some water damage, we needed dry wall, ceiling tile and carpeting replaced. In addition we wanted to add a closet for the room. The carpet was replaced with vinyl flooring and the whole room was painted. Gene accomplished all of this more than competently. He was professional and personable, always here when he said he would be, always keeping the room and surroundings neat, always careful with the work. Gene is an excellent carpenter. The closet is just what we wanted and actually a little better because of his ideas. He also took care of some minor issues we hadn't even noticed, like repairing a dent in an adjacent wall caused by a door handle. We couldn't be happier with the way the project was completed. We'd recommend Gene and Handyman Matters to anyone needing similar work.

Previous HandyMan Matters satisfied customer!! Needed to bring our kitchen up-to-speed with some appearance issues, and also new lighting in the dining room area. Joe arrived on time and was very skilled at fixing some drywall, kitchen sink, and lighting issues.Very skilled and thoughtful of your time, needs, and clean-up.. Highly recommend.!! Dennis was on time, friendly, professional and did not dawdle around. I needed shelves put up in my laundry room and they are perfect. I am excited to find a service to rely upon for future projects. Yeah!!

Great work. We had Jim do a few jobs for us in one day, including hanging a light over our kitchen island, replacing our garbage disposal, and reconnecting an outdoor pipe from our sump pump. He was knowledgable, efficient, and very friendly. Highly recommend.

Nelson did great job on my cupboard. He worked very hard and did the best job he possibly could. He was also very interested to talk to.
