I was very pleased with the level of detail in explaining my issue and in the quality of work by Don. He was very thorough in his handling of the job and his follow up.

We needed 7 metal signs removed and then reinstalled in our business parking lot and a kickstand for our outside door needed fixed. These are really small jobs, but Gene treated each as if they were major work. I never felt like our small fixes were insignificant. He performed each task with great care and even made a suggestion to install a kickstand on our inside door that we were propping open with a rubber door stopper (and not always successfully!) While it ma seem insignificant, it has already made a big impact on the convenience of keeping the door open for various vendors and delivery people. So appreciate the suggestion! Never would have thought of it! Also, Gene followed up on some work he started but another handyman finished for us a while ago. Can't believe he remembered us! Love working with this company. Using them for my home projects as well.

Don arrived here 10 minutes early. Installed a laminate shelf over our washer and dryer. An outstanding carpender in every respect. Personable, kind, friendly, with a great great attitude.The job was exceptionally well done. Very happy with Don and Handyman Matters!

Gene was great. His attention to detail and professionalism were refreshing. After dealing with 12+ different contractors over the past 3 months with our remodel project, we have learned how rare those qualities are. We were very impressed and our new range hood looks great! Gene covered everything with new drop cloths and took extra care not to crack our new backsplash tile while drilling. We would hire Handyman Matters again for sure.

I purchased a refrigerator and it did not fit into the opening of the cabinetry. I needed a finish carpenter that could make a straight and very thin cut. Jim was the perfect solution. He attempted several options before cutting to ensure it was the correct solution.

This was our first time using Handyman Matters after receiving a recommendation from our son. We needed two cabinets installed in our laundry room. Gene was assigned our job and did a fantastic job. We relied on his experience and suggestions for height and positioning. He removed the metal shelf that had been on that wall, patched the holes, painted over the patchwork, and then installed the cabinets and attached the doors and hardware. Afterwards, he touched up the walls with paint to give it a complete finished look. Great job! We are in the process of moving into a condo and wanted to have the cabinets installed before the washer and dryer are delivered in a few days, so want to also thank Handyman Matters for being able to schedule the job when they did. We were very satisfied, and Gene gave us great insight on several other projects we plan to have Handyman Matters do for us in the near future.

Don replaced a gutter for us and was very thorough and professional. Told me what to look out for during the next rain so we would be sure that the gutter placement was good. I have also had some estimates done for other work that we thought was water damage but turned out to be deeper issues, are working with them to get another estimate for the more extensive work. I have thoroughly enjoyed my interactions with the individuals that have come to my home (Don and Cliff) as well as the office staff. I highly recommend this firm and plan on using them for many of the handyman needs we have.
