I called Ace Handyman Northwest about installing two ceiling fans. They were responsive about sending someone out for an estimate. Tim Munk came out to prepare the estimate and also ultimately did the work and I was very happy with both. He answered all of my questions about concerns I had with my plaster ceilings and old electric boxes. He did a thorough job preparing the estimate and it was reasonable and then completed the job quickly once it was scheduled. I am very happy with Ace Handyman and the work Tim did. For reference, another handyman company came out before Ace and highballed me on the estimate and also said, despite the high estimate, they could not guarantee that my ceiling would not be damaged and require extensive plaster repair (which they did not provide any range of how much that could cost). When Tim/Ace came out, they seemed to be far more competent/confident in what they were doing and how to minimize and address any potential damage to my ceilings which did not end up being damaged at all.

Tech arrived on time and completed all work very efficiently. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Left are very clean I do recommend this company.

Jim Clark did an outstanding job completing a Power Washing service that I had requested. The house is almost 20-years-old and I’m not sure if the deck, patio, or garage floor had been professionally power-washed before. It was so obviously clean when he finished! He was on-time, professional, efficient. He represented Ace Handyman Services in his excellent work. I would work with Ace Handyman Services again and specifically request him to do the work. I highly recommend this business and this employee.

From the initial quote through wrapping up our project, Tim was friendly, flexible, & professional. We redid our flooring ourselves, but wanted someone to help install new baseboards. Tim gave ideas on how to do some of the project ourselves, like getting the baseboards and painting them prior to his arrival, as well as insight into what would help the project look the best for our home. We are so appreciative of his hard work and will be sure to use Ace Handyman for our next project!

Jim removed our damaged caulk and recaulked our walk-in shower. He did a beautiful job. He also recaulked the sink. Both jobs were done in less time than he estimated. He had come back to do the work only two working days after his estimate. I’m very pleased.

Handyman Jim did a terrific job fixing the collapsed ClosetMaid shelf in our guest bedroom closet. Very professional. This is a great service. I’m always needing a handyman for this or that. Highly recommend.

I needed to have a cabinet hung in the bathroom. The Ace serviceman was professional and did a great job hanging the cabinet I will call Ace Handyman again if I need their services.

Jim, was an honest gentleman, as well as a hard worker, and got everything that was on my list for my house done correctly. I was however not happy with the office, the woman that made the appointment with me, called at the last minute to change my appointment because it was raining, all my work at my house was done inside, I made the appointment on a monday for the work to be done on a friday... Then she called to have me change my time, only to find out that they had a meeting and could not get the time that she had scheduled with me... So that is why I gave 4 stars, Jim I would recommend, however the office planner needs to do a better job,

Tim did excellent work for us. Tim removed laminate back splash and installed new ceramic tile in our kitchen. He removed and replaced the bathroom vanity/sink, faucet, medicine cabinet and bathroom ceiling fan. He installed a recessed toilet paper holder in bathroom wall. He also removed and replaced our exterior back door bottom weather stripping. He listened to what we wanted done and explained things to consider during our initial consultation with him. He followed through on all things discussed during the work phase. We will definitely call Ace Handyman Services again to help us maintain our home.
