Knowledgeable and Reliable
Tim did a great job knocking out several tasks including floor and door installation, closing off an exterior door, plumbing, grout work, etc.. I should also mention that he showed up on time every day. We would work with him again.

Indoor and outdoor doors trimmed
Jim was outstanding. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I would request him for any future needs in my new home. He trimmed the doors and made sure they were done to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the work done.

Efficient and honest work.
Tim and his buddy came to help us with replacing a screen door and fixing the wooden fence and one gate. We are impressed by how efficient and honest work they did. We would definitely recommend them to my neighbors.

Storm Doors look Great!
Tim was out today to install the storm dorrs. He had a few things he had to rework and did a great job making things fit well and look great. I appreciate his attention to detail and concern over doing quality work. I would absolutely recommend the service and of course Tim! Thank you so much for helping me get a project done I've stared at in the garage for a year!

Excellent service on committed and expected levels
Had contracted ACE Handyman to fix a crack on the ceiling below the attic . Very professional from Inquiry to scheduling to Arriving and fixing. Had Tim come out for us to fix the ceiling, he was thorough and patient in fixing the crack. Definitely my recommendation for any handyman fixes.

Very professional but overpriced
Jim was on time and extremely professional. Although I described the job specifically to the receptionist, he did not have the correct hardware to complete the job and had to go to Lowe’s. I was then charged extra for the materials he had to purchase that I felt should have been part of the price.

Thank you for your feedback. Though our craftsmen try to have an assortment of truck stock with them, there are times that require them to procure materials for specific projects. We do our best to limit costs as needed. We appreciate your business and hope that we can provide service again.
