While these guys are a bit pricey, they definitely get the work done. I was frantic trying to get someone to take down the former home owner's personal patio project that was ruining my roof, and these were the only people who were willing to talk to me. After a little back and forth, they came out and took the whole thing down. No fuss, no muss.

They were very good at communicating prior to starting the work. I needed a quick half bathroom remodel. They started a day earlier than they originally scheduled which was a welcome surprise. From original quote until they started work was less than 2 weeks Once here Mickey worked efficiently and was very aware of keeping costs minimal. He did not do any unnecessary work. Mickey was respectful of the house and didn't mind when my cats came to check on him. Will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Robert Wadsworth was our work foreman for our deck refurbish from Handyman Matters. He did a great job. He was always one step ahead of our concerns and his craftsmanship was undeniable. Most remarkable, he completed the project ahead of schedule. We would use him and Handyman matters again.

My experience with Handyman Matters was a positive one. The only suggestion would be that They contact you the day before they are coming. I filled out a online request and gave them three times that would work for me. Heard nothing from them until I got a heads up call that the Technician was on his way. That being said, my technician Mike was professional and a hard worker. He also did more then asked on Grouting the shower upstairs. He also did a great job fixing kitchen cabinets that wouldn’t close. I also felt the price was fair based on the time spent and the quality of the work. I would definitely use these guys again🙂

Had Handyman Matters out to complete plumbing/gutter repair/basketball hoop take-down. I mentioned while they were completing those tasks that the gutters needed to be cleaned as well. The NEXT MORNING the gutters were clean. Such nice workers. I'm sure I'll be using them again for all my handy-man needs.

Called on Tuesday to inquire about a plumbing repair of leaking toilet and tub faucet that had gone neglected by me for a few years because we didn't really need it...until a death in the family and geographically scattered family coming to town this week. Fixed by Wednesday afternoon. Prompt, courteous, complete....very satisfied. We have used Handyman Matters for prior household repairs. They are our go-to company.

This was the first time I used Handyman Matters. I was very satisfied with Mike's professional, courteous and friendly approach to his work. It's obvious he has the experience but what you don't know until you see someone in action is how good they are at problem solving and thinking outside the box. Mike demonstrated these valuable attributes on several occasions. I was particularly pleased with the results of his concrete work to patch up some concrete blocks. Mike was very responsive to my requests and he went above and beyond just completion of the maintenance tasks by adding his touch, such as additional painting, to make sure the work looked good. It's obvious Mike takes tremendous pride in the work he does. Well done Mike!

This is the third time I've used Handyman Matters over the past 5 years. For todays tasks Mike and Mickey arrived on time and knocked off the repairs I'd requested and some miscellaneous tasks requiring a tall latter inside the house in short order. They fixed/replaced shutters on the 2nd story that I'd lost during recent high winds, taking time to check the other shutter and securing them before they might be blown off the house in the next wind storm. I also had a sliding storm door window that was beginning to come apart at the frame corners. They used their collective experience to come up with a creative fix. Both craftsmen cleaned up each work area as the morning progressed. I appreciate the work they did for us. Both Mike and Mickey were genuinely nice people as well. Another great job from Handyman Matters!

After a slight scope-of-project misunderstanding on the original estimate, Alaa (the President) made good on a fair overall cost for the work done. Robert is a workhorse and made me feel comfortable and confident the work would get done right - he delivered! Mike did great work as well with his experience. I appreciate the hard work and making sure I was happy with the final result.
