Jaime did a terrific job replacing lightbulbs in ceiling lights I could not figure out how to do. He patiently explained how to remove crystal light cover and also cleaned out dust from skylight. He is very polite and concise and would very happily have his expertise again as needed.

Very informative

Jamie had to replace my tankless water heater. It did take longer than expected but he replaced the old one with a Rheem model I ordered not knowing if it was the correct size. He explained everything to me including throughout the day like how long the water & gas would be off, the welding required and how to set the thermostat. He was very professional and will request him when needed in the future.

Jamie was very professional. He had patience for all the questions I had, he answered them so I could understand. He was very honest about issues I was having. Shawn did a great jog on my window frame. He is polite and cleaned up nicely when job was done. I was pleased with what he did. However, I did not quite realize when I received my initial estimate that the job might take longer than the quote stated and was surprised when the cost was more than stated on initial estimate. I suggest that the customer be apprised that the initial estimate may not be accurate in terms of time allotted for the job.

Shawn did an excellent job framing my window, cutting the trim painting it and attaching it to the wall around the window. He cleaned up very nicely afterwards. He is a very nice man.
