From the phone call booking my service to finishing my little project (a door that wouldn't lock), I was treated as a welcome customer and with respect. I really hate it when I get the "little woman" treatment from handymen/technicians and having someone treat me like I might possibly know the difference between a flathead and a phillips head screwdriver is a nice change. The repair was explained and done quickly with no muss, no fuss.

Paul new exactly what he was doing and went out of his way to match a "pull bar" to the other fixtures in our bathroom. That to me is going that extra mile. Thank you

Ray was really fantastic. He was very honest and worked with me on solving plumbing issues that we had. In addition, he replaced a ceiling fan for me. I love the fact that I was provided the time of the appointment and he showed up right on time. I was sent a picture of him before he came to the door, so I was able to recognize him right away when he came to my house.
