Prompt
M. did not know how to do our job, replacing a new ac/h through the wall unit into an old opening. He seemed nervous the entire time, and did not offer to clean the work area inside the house. Although I realize this may be an unusual type of job for a home, I expected more from a pro. I appreciated his promptness and politeness.
