The contractor arrived an hour and a half late and did not contact us to let us know that he was going to be late. We asked him to install an owl decoy ( to scare off woodpeckers) as well as repair damage done by woodpeckers on our chimney. The engagement was for 4 hours. We fully expected that the job would not take the full amount of time and he would be able to take care of some other work. That was not the case.

David did a great job at troubleshooting and fixing some vexing problems in siding and a door frame in my very old house. I appreciated his skill, knowledge, cheerfulness, and his willingness to answer my abundant questions about how walls are best put together while he was here. I’ll be calling back next time I’m ready to fix another quirk in my old house.

Darrell was the handyman assigned to the lowering of my countertop. He knew what he was doing and did it with high quality. His work required carpentry and drywall skills. Darrell is a true asset to Handyman Matters

Our Handyman Matters technician was Matthew. He was VERY professional, VERY knowledgeable, and VERY willing to explain what he was doing and why. We would definitely request him for future handyman projects.

Our handyman technician for the day was Matthew. My wife and I (50 years of marriage) have had many past experiences with repair and maintenance individuals but the service and professionalism that Matthew provided was absolutely the best. First class!

After being referred to Handyman Matters by a neighbor who used them and very pleased, I had them come out to take care of an upstairs window: caulking inside and out. The job took less time than anticipated, (I thought I had a bigger window issue than I did!) so Matthew was kind enough to fill some nail holes in our downstairs living and dining room as we prepare to have those rooms painted. We were going to paint the rooms ourselves, but after such a positive experience we will be hiring these guys to come back and paint those rooms as well as the vaulted entry! I am currently making a list of all the little random things that my husband and I just haven’t gotten to—and will be calling Handyman Matters again! Matthew was courteous and professional and cleaned up after his work. Glad to have a great Handyman company on my speed-dial.

Cam has done several jobs at our house and always goes out of his way to make sure the job is complete. He always calls when he is on his way and always calls at the end to let you know how things went. I keep returning to this company because the job always gets done correctly and in a timely manner.

Darrell was excellent and completed a number of projects needed to get our house ready for sale. He did some tile work, electrical work, touch up paint, replaced cement around wood stove brick flooring, as well as working on the shower door. He was on time, polite, friendly and knew what he was doing. T

Needed help installing 2 sheets of 4x8 drywall plus due some ceiling repairs. David was on time and efficient and we are very pleased with his attention to detail.
