Lee and Gary did an excellent job in installing our outdoor sunshade. Both were prompt in their communicating and friendly during the entire time they were at their house. Highly recommend Handman Matters. Haven’t been disappointed!

Quality work, but perfectionism cost us an additional 3 hours overtime, and not everything we had scheduled was completed -- hence even more DISSATISFACTION!!! Our pro-recommended materials were ALL REJECTED in lieu of Handyman Matters stock @ 30% mark-up, including consumables like paper towels!!! Follow-up sink leak repair deemed by Handyman Matters to not be covered, so cost us another 2-hour charge!!! Do not believe our personal info/email will not be shared, but feel so strongly about our dissatisfaction/expense/time, that we decided to risk same!

Kam indicated his arrival time; showed up on time; got right to work after reviewing the tasks, and the completed all work - at a professional grade level. Courteous and focused. This is the third time I have used Handyman Matters - and they do the best work - every time. thank you.

Repairman arrived at 8:40. I spent 10 minutes instructing him about the repair. He started at 8:50, and billed me for the entire half hour. Then an agreed-upon portion of the job, leveling a droopy gutter, was barely corrected. When I asked him to finish the job he said it would be additional hourly labor. The main portion of the job was done to satisfaction.

LEE DID A GREAT JOB. PARTS MAY BE HARD TO COME ACROSS FOR A PERMANENT FIX BUT AT LEAST THE WINDOW WILL OPEN.
