I had a little trouble with contact initially, but once I set up the appointment for an estimate things became smoother. Andrew & Mike were courteous and kept me informed. Suggestions were made to improve function of my existing gutter system with minimal costs which I appreciated. I will call them for future projects.

The gentlemen were very professional, and were very clear in detailing what they would do for the repairs I needed.

The paint job looks great., as you approach our house it looks even better. The guys did an excellant job. They were on time and did the job in a very professional manner. The only negative is that they left a small amount of stain on a piece of metal.

The product was built and delivered as promised. The only negative was the fact that the wheels for the Big Green Egg cart were extra and the cart is immobile until I can put them on myself. It’s not the team’s fault but perhaps that should have been mentioned at the time of the sale. I would have preferred that the wheels be part of the build at the store.

First, Andrew was very helpful when I stopped by the store to inquire about their handyman services. He was also the technician assigned to complete the work for me. Andrew called an hour before my appointment to confirm and to let me know he was on the way. After completing one of the jobs, he took the time to provide the details of what he did and recommendations for addressing issues outside of his control. Due to the weather, he was unable to start exterior painting I requested but secured a new date and time for me before leaving. Wheeler's Ace Hardware's staff are impressive and a pleasure to work with.
