We needed a repair of a split wood frame attached to storm door. Starting from making the appointment through completion of the job, we received friendly, accurate straight answers and pricing. We were fortunate to have Tyler come for the estimate. Tyler was professional, detailed, very knowledgeable and quickly identified the solution for the repair. We received several other estimates that ranged from tearing apart our entire front framing, replacing both storm door and main entry door (thousands of dollars for this estimate!) and the strangest estimate was "no known way to make such a repair". Tyler's knowledge and skills made us feel at ease, comfortable and that we were putting our frame repair in good hands. On the day of the repair, Tyler came equipped with an array of impressive machines and tools to handle the job! We were truly amazed at how skillfully and smoothly Tyler made the repair! We had a dishwasher that was not installed properly - without insulation, not balanced, and kept falling out of its space. We now have the same dishwasher installed properly with insulation, balanced, and secure in its space. What a difference it makes with the cleaning! Your gentleman was on time, thorough, friendly and competent. The only issue I had was that they did not leave a paper receipt, nor was one emailed to me.

Jordain W and Tyler H helped us out today by removing our old countertops and sink to facilitate new ones being installed soon. They were very knowledgeable and offered good advice while having answers to all our questions. Their advice also drew us to request their help for putting the sink back in after we get new countertops installed next week. They were Very well mannered too, they even took their shoes off before entering our home (we didnt even ask). I recommend either of these gentlemen for any future work done.

Arrived when arranged. Completed job in a timely manner. Friendly staff. Good experience with this company.

He fixed the main issue with the Toile after 3 hours mostly running back and forth too the hardware store, however Trevor did not fix the second toilet, he spent nearly 5-10 minutes in the other bathroom and didn’t fix the leak, after being charged $300+ dollars, I still have a leak in the second bathroom toilet. So, this handyman business is not my first or last choice to ever call again.

1- Ace purchased materials I did not request and billed me for it. Ace stated they’d send a check for costs, but did not. 2- Quoted me 1-price and charged about $1000 more, not because of issues, but because it took them longer. 3- Called the afternoon the day they were supposed to be finishing up. The service provider said, he’d been done since noon. When I arrived, he’d “forgotten” to put flooring in 1-entire room. 4- I had to take time off to meet them. On 2-occasions the service provider did not show up. When I called to check on this I was told that he was out sick and that it was his responsibility to contact me… in which, of course he did not. 5- I would not recommend Ace Handyman Services

He arrived on schedule and quickly and professionally identified the problem. He qogot necessary parts and completed repairs. He cleaned everything up.
