Both Tammy and Andrew were helpful in the scheduling and professional in dealing with a first time customer. Andrew was timely, efficient, offered explanations and advice. Installed doorbell, new light switches, repaired light/fan,and made a temporary fix for a porch window. Cleaned up after finishing his work. He was personable and courteous. I will definitely use this service again.

This was our second time using Handyman Matters, and the experience was just as positive as the first. Christian tore out a half bathroom, and then installed a toilet, sink, tile floor, bead board panelling and re-surfaced the wall/ceiling. Everything was done with competence, care, and efficiency. He is straightforward, trustworthy, punctual and pleasant to work with. He pays attention to the small details and aesthetic considerations that make the difference for a good carpentry job. We felt completely confident in his skills. The cost of the project was very reasonable. We actually enjoy doing the finish work on our own (painting, etc.) so it's great having someone who can do all the work we can't do, and then we can handle the little stuff ourselves. We will use this company and the great individuals they send our way again- there's such peace of mind in finally having found good people that work on your home with the care as if it were their own, without wasting your time or money. We love the communicativeness at every level- from making appointments to getting the work done. We love our new bathroom. Thank you so much.

Handyman (Chris's team) was a good pick. They were on time, polite, trustworthy and friendly. I will probably use them again if cost allows. Their policy of charging more to account for cost from credit card companies will limit how much can afford in paying cash. Everything else about their work, clean up and response to customer concerns I give high marks.
