Extremely Helpful
Tommy provided 5 star customer service and explained all steps of the installation process. He went above and beyond to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed. I look forward to working with Ace Handyman services and Tommy again for any future projects we have at our home.

Drywall done in 2022
I was surprised that just over a year ago, I had major drywall done on my ceiling in the living room. It took three days. Though the technician and job was superb, it has cracked again in the same area the work was done. I was informed the one-year guarantee had expired and to have it redone, it would take: 3 appts: 3hrs, 2hr, 2hr. The estimate for 3 visits in 7hr is $1065 plus materials, per the quote I received today! Through no fault of mine, it cracked again. I am a senior on fixed income and I cannot see paying this high cost every year on work I thought would last a while. . . not just a little over a year and then have to get it redone. Thank you for your past service. I will seek another contractor that can assure me it will not happen on a yearly basis.. Have a great week -

We thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, the pressure on drywall from a house that has a loose foundation can be pretty extreme and cause the cracking that you are experiencing. There is little that can be done, barring major structural work, to prevent it from re-occurring. It's unfortunate that it happened again so soon.
