Final job time and price was less than what was quoted even with some materials hiccups (local stores didn't have the exact anchors in stock what were needed to finish the job). Steven was courteous, friendly, professional, wore a mask at all times, and maintained social distance as recommended by the CDC during the COVID pandemic. Very positive experience. Stevan arrived on time and carefully went over the time and materials charges and gave me an estimate for time and explained there would be a separate charge for materials. He looked over the job carefully and told me what he needed to do to fix the problem. He replaced a deckboard and some trim on a shed.

The service provider was very cordial and friendly during during our phone conversation. I very much appreciate the fact he gave me cost-saving tips prior to my issue being addressed which is refreshingly honest and transparent. They emailed me the window of when to expect the serviceman. Serviceman arrived on time—even notified me when he was en route. The job was done (lock repair) in a short amount of time and price was highly reasonable compared to what others were quoting. I really have to say this is one of the most professional and all-around positive experiences I’ve had with a handyman service, would contact them again in the future, as well as highly recommend them to anyone looking for handyman services.
