Jerry was right on time and kept me advised about when he would be at my location. We talked a little about what I was expectiog and then he got right to work and met my total expections. We only learned about Ace Handyman Services recently so when we needed to have an "under the door" sweep replaced we gave them a call. At my age I wasn't about to mess around with a heavy, cumbersome front door by taking it off of its hinges, flipping it over etc so this was a job for someone else. Arthur B showed up at the house at the scheduled time (in fact a little early as he finished up a call ahead of time and so he called to see if he could come earlier). It took him just a few minutes to determine that the door didn't have to come off its hinges and he set off to get a replacement sweep of the type needed for this door. The door was a Therma-Tru door which utilized a snap in type of sweep and has channels cut into the underside of the door so that a new sweep could be snapped into place without ever having to remove the door. He was in and out in no time. Very knowledgeable and friendly person. Their fees are admitedly a bit high but having someone who knows what they're doing and the needed strength, if needed, was well worth it. Very pleased and so going forward we now have a company we can rely on. We recomment them highly.

First, let me begin at the initial phone call to Ace. It was beyond pleasant, absolutely informative and it convinced me that I made the right decision. Now Jason. I was upset I was ten minutes late, however, his demeanor put me immediately at ease. After our initial consultation, Jason agreed to shop for the shelves. It was no easy task and his decision on what to purchase proved to be spot on. Jason worked nonstop for longer hours than anticipated, wasted no time and left me with the Closet I wanted. This was my first time using Ace Handyman & I was very impressed. First of all, they always answer the phone, arrive on time & notify me in advance of the technician’s arrival. This is unique in today’s service/repair industry. My technician, Jason V. was great. He was friendly, explained everything, was very knowledgeable about his craft & cleaned up after the work was completed. The price was reasonable & Jason was very thorough. He made sure that I was satisfied with the job before he left. I will use this company again & would recommend them to anyone. My understanding is that Ace Handyman uses their own, vetted technicians & do not sub-contract with outside workers. Therefore, their quality control is consistently superior.

I called another company that couldnt do my work but gave me Ace Handymans contact, and wow ! They showed up on time and did the work I needed exactly how I needed it done. Jason was professional, work hard and efficient and didnt extend his time (its an hourly rate). Very reasonable rates. Thanks for being here and getting it done.
