Was easy to make an appointment. Happy with the results. My sink installation hit some old house issues, but Dave called on another Dave to help sort it all out.

David Wilcox there was prompt, arrived prepared, and was very helpful and flexible in taking on this unique task. Making my cast iron umbrella base anti-theft protected. He drill a hole large enough for the eyebolt to be secured. He cut and installed a piece of circular plywood, attaching it to the base. I had already received several different styles of heavy duty casters, with brakes, so I could roll the base out of the way when not in use. He had spray painted the wood black, to look more esthetically pleasing. He suggested crimping the ends of my cable ends in his vice, to feed into the eyebolt easier. My arthritis makes it hard to squeeze it in. He set it up for me, locking it down on my patio with my patio chairs. He also re-configured a couple bolts on my patio chairs because one bolt had fallen out. Overall, having David complete my vision for locking down my umbrella base was a great adventure. He was professional, experienced, and cleaned up after the task was finished. Thanks, David!

Our handyman was Dave and he was so good. It's obvious he knows what he's doing in many different areas. The initial job we hired him for didn't take the full hour so he fixed something else for us too. We're getting a new refrigerator and it is a little taller than the opening under the upper cabinet. We were told by one handyman he couldn't trim the 1/4" we needed and we'd have to get a master cabinet maker. Dave did a great job. He used a laser to make sure he cut a straight line. I had a ramp built from our family room into the kitchen for my husband's walker and chair. It was never right and two pieces of wood came completely apart and would slip when he used it. Dave first made the base more stable with some screws you can't even see and then joined the other piece to it with screws that he countersank so there wasn't something sticking out of the wood. I've already booked him for another job in my home and am so happy we found this service and Dave.

I needed to call Ace handyman services back to Titan a bathroom faucet they had installed recently. They were quick, professional, it was easy and it was done.

Excellent service with Dave... he let us know his arrival time and arrived when he said he would. Not only did he do a great job but cleaned up everything when finished working. And he was so nice to have in our home. Would definitely request him again.

I had an appointment today to drill a hole in my cast iron umbrella stand to secure it against theft. Dave was very helpful when he provided an estimate and helped me to decide how to secure the umbrella, facilitating my three options. I had sent five photos and some notes to their office email, for him to have more information when he returned. Today, he returned, but said he hadn’t received my notes on more information. I also wanted to add h/d locking casters to the base. He told me that he only had time to add the eyebolt because he had other appointments to go to. I said the eyebolt he brought will not hold my cable? That’s why I’ve having you do the work. I refused to pay the one hour charge for a teeny tiny eyebolt that will not work. He appeared frustrated from me. He said he got the photos, but the photos alone didn’t tell him anything. He was helpful at the estimate visit. Mix up in communication. I will call to reschedule again.
