John was the ACE Handyman "assigned" to me. He called the night before to review the job and he called when he was on his way. On time and punctual is great and he was that. He was personable, friendly and professional. He again reviewed what jobs I needed done and put a plan of action in place. John explained why the plans were in the order he recommended and I agreed and understood. Everything went as planned. No problems were encountered. I have a new kitchen faucet, new kitchen hardware (on my drawers and cabinets) and a wonderfully clean shower and caulk line replaced. The office staff, Karen, was helpful in scheduling John in a timely manner. I have already recommended John and ACE Handyman Services to my neighbors. The previous handyman I referred didn't return their calls. Or my calls, for that matter, that's why I contacted ACE. Glad I did.

Very pleased with Ace Handyman Service. The craftsman that came out was on time, very professional, kind, and efficient. He knew exactly what to do as soon as he arrived. I showed him our deck and he was able to replace all the boards that were rodded/cracked. He installed high-quality cedar deck boards that will last longer than what we originally had. He finished the project within 4 hours instead of the 6-8 hours projected (saving us time and money). He cleaned up and piled the old boards close to our garbage cans for easy disposal by us.
