Karen explained the whole procedure for obtaining an estimate very clearly. Brian, who did the estimate, was really helpful in telling me what to ask for in terms of ordering our new cabinets. He even drew pictures!

Due to having to get a new cooktop, two drawers once sitting under the cooktop were rendered unusable as they would no longer fit. I was left with two wide, gaping holes where the drawers once sat instead. Dan, the handyman who was assigned to this job literally offered two options, and then got to work. He was quickly able to cut down both drawers to a height level that would once again fit under the cooktop. Although the drawers have diminished capacity, they are still quite usable for flat items, and I am no longer left with unseemly gaping holes in the cabinet front. Dan was quick, capable, polite, and professional; and, he cleaned up fully after all the sawing was done. We will be happy to use his services in the future.

The craftsman did a very professional and accurate job replacing the baseboards. He also framed the inside doors of two closets.

We had been ghosted by a previous contractor after dropping 50% of our project on him. We waited months always being told he'd get to it next week. Well next week never came. We had to get the work done! Contacted Ace Handyman Services because of knowing the Ace Hardware name and figuring we can't be burned worse. Night and day difference - they had the work scheduled and honestly quoted, everything was very much upfront and all above board. They came out on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned as they went along so we weren't left with a ton of plaster dust and remains everywhere. When the job took longer than expected I was made aware of how it would cost more before they did anything additional, so it wasn't a surprise that it came in over the quote. It was very refreshing!

This was my second experience with Ace Handyman Services and both visits went just as planned. It was easy to schedule via email communication, quotes were accurate and both handymen were friendly and efficient.
