Well, they didn’t send someone out to look at the job and give me an estimate as they said they were going to do. Instead, the painter just showed up to do the job. The job he did was very good, though he stripped the old paint off by hand instead of using a drill with a rotary head paint stripper attachment. Could have saved me 2 or 3 billed hours if he had done so. I also should’ve inquired about how I was going to be billed and rates. Got hit with a $600 bill for painting a back door. If I had known I was being charged $100 per hour, I would have found someone else. Good job, way overpriced. Live and learn.

Quick turnaround and great communication during the work! Quality work done replacing a subfloor and fixing some plumbing issues. Very satisfied!

Todd arrived a couple minutes early, assessed the situation, installed a new bathroom fan/light and finished early. He was very polite,?professional and prepared with proper tools. I will definitely call ACE for future similar needs.

Todd arrived 2 minutes early, started work on our fan installation request and finished in less than estimated time. He offered to use the tome fixing something else but I don’t think there should be a penalty for doing a job quickly. Thanks much, this is a great service.
