A job well done
Mark arrived on schedule and did a nice job sealing up a leak from our upstairs bathroom and fixing the water damaged ceiling. Mark went above and beyond by offering to install a new ceiling fan, making the bathroom better than before. I've had Mark out before for another job and appreciate the quality of his work and his professionalism. Shout out to Michelle as well. Always a pleasure to deal with. Reliable. I will call Ace Handyman again for future projects and have recommended to friends.

Installed shade sail posts
The 2 gentleman were professional and worked with me on the parameters of the installation. Posts needed a 20° cant to work with the shade sail. They did a great job.

Great service. Quality work. The whole experience was wonderful.
Our craftsman, Mark Smith, did a great job of us. We had a roof leak around the chimney. Mark surveyed the problem, and he took pictures to show me the work he planned to do. His estimate was reasonable, and we accepted the offer. Mark returned the next day and completed the work is an efficient manner. Mark is polite, friendly and professional. Mark will be the go-to person when we have more work.
I need to commend the girls, Dottie and Michele, in the office that helped me. They were polite and very helpful. I am pleased with every aspect of this experience. I will recommend Ace Handyman Services to others. Thank you.

Ryan was great! Quality of work was top notch. Respectful of my home, he cleaned up so well I would not have known we had work done. Scheduling with ACE is so easy and I would prefer to pay a little more to know who is in my home.

Helpful; only one hitch.
Mark was helpful and knowledgeable in replacing a lock set on a door. Only hitch was he had procured a deadbolt lock with a double cylinder-a key latch instead of a thumb latch, so a key has to be used to unlock it from the inside. It would have been more trouble at the time to have had him go back and get a single cylinder lock, like the one being replaced, and then come back again later. Can't tell yet if this will result in a problem for us.
