This is our first time to use Ace Handyman in our home. I’ve used them several times in our customers homes. You call. A person answers or gets back to you quickly if you must leave a message. Our quote was performed virtually. Easy peesy. I took a few photos and explained what I wanted. I had an estimate in a timely manner. We were not in a big hurry, but scheduling was easy. Two texts. When the craftsman was on the way I was notified by text. Eric arrived on time. Introduced himself and handed me a business card. I signed the estimate and he went to work. Almost six hours later he had finished, cleaned up really well, accepted our payment (about 8% less than the estimate) and was on his way. Full disclosure - I know the owner through our chamber of commerce activities. I’ve spoken with his office staff several times. I’ve met and seen around 5-6 of the Ace Handyman craftsman. Pleasant. Honest. Talented. Great to work with. Absolutely we will use Ace again.

My project was to replace three old builder grade interior doors with three new 6 panel doors. Ryan did an excellent job. The estimate was spot on both in terms of time and cost. The doors were stained in their workspace, not my garage, which was also much appreciated. He understood what I was looking for during the estimate and based on the finished product. Doors and hardware turned out beautifully. Rick and Ryan were at my home for two days removing the old frames and doors, and installing the new ones. Both were pleasant, professional, timely and efficient. I received texts when they were on their way, which is always appreciated, and the office was very thorough in maintaining contact with me both before and during the project. They cleaned up after the project was completed, and I think they left the garage cleaner than when they first got here. Bottom line -- would I use them again -- absolutely.

I contacted Ace Handyman Service for a drywall repair. After seeing the great work on one project with a fair price, I have already decided to have Ace comes back to complete a few other projects.
