Still in the throes of COVID, but responsive. Nice change from all the other vendors I contacted. Needed to have my steps fixed from the top of my deck to my walkout, about 16 steps. The inside riser had rotted out and needed replaced. Ace Handy Man - Pickerington was responsive to my first calls. Was willing to give me a not to exceed quote based upon pics of the steps. The handyman came out on time; reviewed the project, and started right away. My steps were done early and signficantly under the quoted not to exceed price. I picked up the wood in advance; three boards in case all the risers needed replaced, but fortunately only one needed replaced. Unfortunately the first cut was wrong and he had to use a second board, but again, still well under the quoted price, timely, and courteous.

Today, a worker from Ace Handyman in Westerville cleaned out my gutters on 2 houses. He did an excellent job. He used the garden hose to clean out the gutters, and flushed them out completely. He also took pics on his cell phone of what things looked like before he cleaned them and after he cleaned them. He shared the pics with me when he was finished with each house. I was very appreciative of that. A big part of the mess was this year's maple propellers, but also "soot" from the roof tiles which he also cleaned out. I hope I get him to work for me in the future!

My service technician was Eric Washek. His service was outstanding! Eric was professional and courteous. I highly recommend him and hope he will be available in the future for any other tasks I need accomplished. This is the second experience I have had with Ace Handyman - both have been outstanding. Don was my first technician.
