I was happy with the work Clint did. There was a little confusion on the estimate but half of it was my fault, just recommend reading to make sure all the work you want completed is included. Great customer service and very friendly. Already working on lining up a second job.

I booked a full day and only got 2.5 hrs not 8 hrs. Despite what was discussed with the front office rep on the phone, I believe she manipulated the schedule for their benefit and intentionally mislead me. When I questioned her twice about it (5.5 hrs) with no reply and discussed inconsistencies with what happened vs their written policy I had an unsettled feeling of lack of honesty. Work would likely have cost me double than initially discussed so I CX job. Job was easy stuff--painting, shutter replacing, etc. Worker (Eric) was fine, solid work to that point. Wouldn't consider again.

Again Clint was on time efficient and the sink counter was exactly what I wanted! He was the only person who understood what I was talking about and his measurements were spot on! We are beyond happy with our new bathroom countertop it is absolutely amazingly gorgeous! Did I mention he cleaned up and vacuumed my bathroom as well just totally impressed as usual! As always dealing with Michelle was a delightful experience shes always on top of what’s going on! Thank you both so much!

Don was excellent! He arrived on time, which indicates this company values the customer. After each task he confirmed it was completed to my satisfaction. He was polite and very informative. Thank you Don.

Office inconsistent with emailed daily rate policy would not honor their published info. I booked a full day and they only did 2.5 hrs of it. It seems they manipulated the schedule to their benefit despite what was communicated beforehand to the customer. When I questioned the office rep about the situation and inconsistencies I ultimately cancelled the project with them due to unsettled feeling, seemed I was being lied to. Too bad as the actual worker Eric was fine and did solid work so far. In the end had I gone forward would have cost me double.

This was the first time we used Handyman Matters, but we would definitely call them again. I like that they quote you the most it will cost and then adjust when the job is complete. They seem very honest, and we were pleased with the results.

Eric did an amazing job - new wall, crown molding and doors look great! We are so happy with the finished project and couldn’t ask for a better craftsman to work with. From project design with Paul to project completion with Eric, we have enjoyed working with you guys.
