I needed outside work done on my house and found it difficult to find someone willing to give me an estimate and even pick up a business phone. How refreshing to speak with Andrea who answered all of my questions up front. Then Mark came out and listened and cared about my work that needed to be done. He explained what he would do, gave a detailed explanation of the estimate and offered his work with no pressure whatsoever. Mark just finished all of my work and even completed some other work that I needed. Mark showed me his progress as he completed his work throughout the day. Don and Nahom installed a ceiling fan on my front porch today. They started work immediately upon arrival and completed the job quickly! The finished project looks great! They even tacked the soffit which was sagging. There was an issue with the soffit matching exactly at the end but Don was able to fix the issue and the seam is “seamless” - great solution Don! The team cleaned up, disposed of any waste, swept and used the leaf blower. I think my front porch was cleaner than when Ace arrived. Don and Nahom were very polite, professional and I will use Ace Handyman again in the future.

On time and solved our moisture problem at the patio door. Had the proper tools and got the repair done quickly. Very satisfied.
