Very professional and detailed in their work. Don was very detailed and cleaned up everything when done. The office keep me informed when he was coming and estimate of the cost. Would highly recommend them.

Powerwashing-great, professional service
This was a great experience. The company had great communication as far as scheduling, notification of when the professional would arrive, how the process works, etc. Matt Houser was the professional sent to my home and he was great-was very friendly,meticulous, and went above and beyond to complete the job and make everything perfect. He even pointed out some things i had missed. I would definitely use again.

Customer service
I called to get a service quote. The call didn't connect, Michelle called me back and apologized for hanging up (even though she didn't) After realizing they couldn't provide the services I needed; she gave me referrals to a couple DIFFERENT companys that might be able to. Myself working in a customer base industry, she went above and beyond without me even being a paying customer of their's...excellent job!

Matt explained in detail the work that was needed to fix my fence and also corrected a problem with another area of my fence. He did a great job. I would recommend Handyman Matters to others with home projects

Handy Man Matters Southeast Columbus was very professional and easy to schedule projects and like the way they keep you updated on your appointment.
Mike was a true craftsman and professional, doing the job in both a timely and quality manner. My first contractor installed the kitchen cabinets for my island wrong. Mike provided excellent suggestions on how to solve the problem and his carpentry work was of the highest quality. Mike was on time and when he finished both my Wife and I wished he had been the one to do our cabinet install in the first place. I absolutely recommend Handy Man Matters Southeast Columbus.

Quick timely service
Very easy to schedule and work with. I love the fact that they keep you updated on the scheduled time and any minor changes. The craftsman they sent out was very qualified for the job and worked very quickly.
