Remove a window unit air conditioner and installl a
new unit in its place.
Three men showed up for the job however Jesse,the carpenter did 80 percent of the work. I was very pleased with the finished project by
I was not happy with the final cost. I think the job could easily been done with only Jesse and a helper

Hi Robert, Thank you for the review and feed back. I reviewed your invoice and I see you were only billed for 2 craftsmen. The 3rd craftsman was there for training. We should have explained that we were sending a 3rd craftsman and you would not be billed for him. I am sorry for the confusion and lack of complete communication. I am glad the job was completed to your satisfaction. Thank you again and we will learn from this review and be more clear when preforming field training in the future. Where has "ACE Handyman" been all my life?
I called these folks in desperation as some plumbing and appliances needed last minute fixes the day before our vacation rental was to re-open after Hurricane Ian. I had spine surgery the week before and was unable to even get down and look at the plumbing much less do anything about it.
Not only did they answer the phone, but they had someone at the house within the hour (looking at you Martin!).
Martin pulled our feet from the fire, fixing a leak in the kitchen drain, a leak in the bathroom drain, some electrical outlet troubleshooting and some appliances that were not completely installed properly.
I will surely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who asks me. Ace is incredible. Their stores and their field services are unrivaled in my opinion. I only wish I could give them 6 stars!

Great experience
Hired Ace to fix some drywall, hang a cabinet and do some caulking. Jesse did an awesome
job and arrived on time! Definitely use them again!

Excellent and painless!
Jessie did an outstanding job. He reached out and stayed in touch (just the right amount) before the appt.
He showed up on time, answered all my questions, only charged me for the parts and time he needed to get the job done, installed everything beautifully and was very easy going about the whole thing.
i wish I could give him six stars.
I will definitely use this outfit again.

High quality, professional service
Jesse and Myron arrived on time; were extremely polite and very skilled. Heavy draperies needed to be taken down from 16' traverse rod so the 88 carriers could be replaced. Rod was reinstalled and draperies were rehung.
In the bathroom, they replaced a cartridge for the hot water faucet which had suddenly begun spewing water even though it was turned off!
Jesse noticed that a screw was missing on the door hinge and replaced it.
Would highly recommend Jesse and Myron......
The Ace Handyman service is terrific.
